Annayake 24h nude moisiterizing veil clair
Het is weer al een tijdje geleden. Heb het namelijk heel druk met mijn werk. Media staat nooit stil. Maar Tamara ook niet, dus heb ik nieuwe, interessante productjes voor jullie in petto. Ik was namelijk op zoek naar iets nieuw. Niet echt een BB, CC of foundation, maar meer een getinte dagcrème. Nu dat de zomer weer voor de deur staat, heb ik graag een soort crème te gebruiken die toch mij een egalere huid geeft, maar toch vrij natuurlijk blijft. Mijn favoriete verkoper (planet parfum in Vilvoorde) had mij aangeraden om dit productje uit te proberen. ANNAYAKE!!!

Sommige onder jullie zullen waarschijnlijk dit merk niet kennen. Ik had al een paar staaltjes van gekregen, maar had het nog nooit gekocht. Dit merk, Annayake, komt vanuit Japan. Dit merk staat voor een concept van een op maat gemaakte verzorging. Annayake probeert zoveel mogelijk de producten af te stemmen op de individuele klantbehoeftes. De Japanse cultuur en natuur speelt zoals gewoonlijk weer een belangrijke rol bij de productontwikkeling van Annayake.

Annayake tries to adapt its product to every individual consumer needs. The japanese and nature plays also an important rol with the product development of Annayake.
De getinte dagcreme combineert zowel make-up als verzorging. Het hydrateert je huid, maakt het egaler en laat een bruine toets achter. De kleur heeft wat een orange kleur, wat mij wat zorgen maakte, maar eenmaal uitgesmeerd op de huid laat het geen strepen achter en absorbeert het zeer goed in de huid. De textuur is wat dikker dan een gewone creme, maar buiten alles is het een goede getinte crème. Toch moet ik eerlijk toegeven dat een getinte dagcrème niet mijn foundation of BB creme zou kunnen vervangen. Prijs: 38,90 €
ENG| The tinted daycream combines both make-up as skincare. It moisterize the skin, makes it smoother and leaves a brown touch. The colour is a little bit orange, which concerned me, but once you smudge it, it absorbs immediately well in the skin and doesn’t leave stripes. The texture is a little bit thicker than a regular cream, but I must be honest that a tinted day cream would’t replace my foundation or BB crème. Price: 38.90 €

My 7 Beauty Discoveries
Na enkele jaren met beauty bezig te zijn, heb ik hier en daar wat leuke schoonheid weetjes ontdekt. Er zijn een paar weetjes die ik zo fantastisch vond, die werken en die ik graag met jullie zou willen delen:
ENG| After a few years, I discovered some beauty tips and tricks. There are some of these facts, that I find so amazing, also works and I’d like to share them with you guys:
- Coconut-oil: ik gebruik kokosnoot olie en shampoo veel voor mijn haar. Het maakt je haar voller en geeft veel vitamine. Hierdoor ziet je haar er niet zo dof en droog uit. ENG| I use a lot coconut oil and shampoo for my hair. It makes my hair fuller and gives a lot of vitamines. Therefore my hair doesn’t look dry and dull.
- Exfoliate before self-tanning: Een schoonheidspecialiste vertelde mij om goed te scrubben de dag ervoor, daarna een nachtje te gaan slapen en de volgende morgend pas zelfbruiner aan te brengen. Dit voorkomt vlekken.
ENG| A great fact is always exfoliate before applying self-tanning. A cosmetologist told me once, that it’s better to exfoliate the day before and the next morning apply some self-tanning. This will prevent some dark spots. - Bodylotion on dry skin parts: Bij zelfbruinen, kan je wat vlekken krijgen. Daarom moet je op de droge plekken van je lichaam zoals je ellebogen, knieën, enkels wat bodylotion aanbrengen en dan pas je zelfbruiner gebruiken. Zo vermijd je bruine vlekken. ENG| Using self-tanning is not always easy. Especially when you get some brown spots. Therefore you have to apply some bodylotion on the dry skin parts like knees, ankles, elbows etc…
- smoother skin? : wil je een egalere huid? Dan is het beste om eerst je dagcrème aan te brengen, dan poeder en als laatste pas je foundation. ENG| Do you want a smoother skin? First of all apply your day cream, than your powder and at last your foundation.
- Natural curls? : Je neemt eerst een douche/bad en neem al je nat haar samen en zet dit in een messy dot. Hoe slordiger hoe beter. Slaap hiermee een nachtje en de volgende morgen maak je je dot los en je hebt nu natuurlijke krullen. Bij mij werkt het altijd 🙂 ENG| First of all you take a shower/bath and take all your wet hair together and make a messy knot. Go to sleep and the next morning you undo your knot and you’ve lovely curls. For me, it works all the time.
- Blush means healthy: Mij zie je bijna nooit zonder blush. In de winter/herfst gebruik ik graag peach/donker rood, blush om er natuurlijk en gezond uit te zien. Eens je blush aan hebt, lijkt het alsof je een gezonder persoon bent. Had ik ook ergens gelezen. In de zomer gebruik ik dan meer bronzer, om toch een sun-kissed gloed te hebben.
ENG| You never see me outside without blush. In the winter/fall I like to use peach/ dark red blush to look more naturel and healthy. Once you wear blush, you look healthier like a person. I read somewhere that is a beauty fact. In the summer I use more bronzer, to have a sun kissed look. - Less is more: Mijn make-up is vaak er zo natuurlijk mogelijk uit zien. Ik baseer mij vooral op Victoria Secret Make-up. Deze meiden zien er altijd natuurlijk uit en dit zonder al te veel make-up te dragen. Daarom mijn laatste beauty moto is “less is more”. Probeer make-up te dragen en dit zonder dat je het echt ziet. Kortom zet je beste gezichtsdelen in de verf, bijv. lippen, ogen, wangen enz…
ENG| My make-up is always looking as naturel as possible. I usually rely on Victoria Secret make-up. These girls always look naturel and this without wearing to much make-up. This is why my last beauty moto is “less is more”. Try to wear make-up and this without notice it. Put your best facial parts in the spotlight, like your eyes, lashes, lips, cheeks etc.

Zoova brushes “Luxe Prime set” + review
Hey lieve lezers, heb een weekje geleden mijn pakje ontvangen. Ik kreeg onlangs een cadeaubon van mijn werk van Bol.com en mocht shoppen voor 150 €. Onmiddellijk ging ik op de website en klikte categorie “make-up” aan. Ik zag Zoeva borsteltjes en kocht meteen de Luxe Prime set met 10 borsteltjes in :O Het was wel 115 €, maar aangezien ik toch gebruik kon maken van mijn cadeaubon, kwam dit goed uit.
ENG | Hi sweet readers, I’ve received my package the other day. Recently, I got a gift card from my job to shop for 150 € at bol.com. Immediately, I visited the website and clicked on category “make-up”. I saw Zoova brushes and bought a the Luxe Prime kit with 10 brushes in it. :O The kit cost 115 €, but given that I could use my gift card, I didn’t think twice. 
Zoals jullie kunnen zien, was het heel goed ingepakt. Alles nogmaals in een plastic zakje en heb een zakje zoova erbij gekregen. De borstels waren nogmaals één voor één verpakt en hadden elk een beschermhoesje. De borstels zijn echt fantastisch. Ze zijn fluffy, super zacht en brengen de make-up zeer precies aan. Personal update: Disneyland Paris
Hi everyone, sorry for not posting! But i went to Disneyland Paris this weekend! It was amazing! I felt like a little child dancing, smiling and singing! I went almost to all atractions, but unfortenately i didńt see many disney characters, just one the disney parade! The souvenirs were very expensive but I could´nt resist to buy this loveley necklace and mug for soupe!

Heey iedereen, lang geleden dat ik nog een postje heb geschreven. Wat wil je? De feesten zijn in aantocht en cadeautjes, cadeautjes en nog eens cadeautjes kopen. Mijn eerste kerstcadeautje is een paar dagen geleden goed aangekomen! Weten jullie al wat? Ik heb na lang wachten, eindelijk Urban Decay Naked palette besteld bij Sephora. Dit stond al lang op mijn kerstlijstje en ik ben zo blij!

Het was een moeilijke bevalling, want ik had mijn bedrijfsnaam vergeten op te geven in mijn leveradres. De leverancier dacht dat het adres fout was en heeft mijn pakje terug gestuurd naar de expediteur. Ik heb gemaild en gebeld naar Sephora en ik heb altijd een antwoord terug gekregen. Uiteindelijk heb ik mijn leveradres moeten aanpassen en na 3 dagen heb ik mijn pakje eindelijk ontvangen. Daarom dank ik Sephora.fr met hun goede after-service. Online bestellen bij Sephora.fr is absoluut geen probleem. Je zal je pakje krijgen!
ENG | It was not a easy. First of all I’ve forgot to mention my company name in my delivery address. The supplier thought it was a wrong address, so my package has been returned to the shipping agent. I mailed and called Sephora and I always got an answer. Finally, I changed my delivery address and after 3 days I received my package. So for that I want to thank Sephora.fr for their good after-sales-service. Ordering online at Sephora.fr is absolutely no problem. You’ll receive your package safe and sound.
Wat is mijn eerste indruk op dit palette? Eerst en vooral, vond ik de verpakking klassevol. Het bruine, korte pelsje voelt zacht aan en vind ik heel tof. Toen ik het open deed, was ik wel een beetje teleurgesteld. Het formaat oogschaduwen leken mij echt klein tegenover de foto’s die ik altijd te zien kreeg. Echter, de pigmenten zijn echt WAUW. Ze zijn niet al te poederachtig en voelen een beetje romig aan. Mijn oogschaduw blijft heel de dag zitten en ik vind de kleuren echt fantastisch. Het is een echte ‘musthave’
ENG | What is my first impression on this palette? First of all, I found the packaging very classy. The brown, short fur feels soft and I like it. When opening I was a little bit dissapointed. The size of the eyeshadows was a little bit smaller as I saw on many pictures. However the pigmentation is amazing. The eyeshadows are not powdery and feel a little bit creamy. My eyeshadow stays all day and I find the colors really fantastic. So for me it is a “musthave”.

Essence Soft Touch Mousse 01 matt sand
Het is zondag en hier lig ik nu in de zetel met mijn laptop op mijn schoot en met een Nespresso Lungo Ciocattino (chocoladesmaak), klaar om een nieuwe review post te schrijven. Mmmm… deze nieuwe gadget Nespresso smaakt mij. Bon, terug naar de realiteit. Vandaag geef ik jullie een korte review over een Essence product die ik al een jaar in mijn make-up tas heb liggen. Ik was deze soft mousse volledig vergeten, maar ben sinds kort deze weer beginnen te gebruiken en vindt het GEWELDIG!
ENG| It is sunday and I’m lying here in my sofa with my laptop on my knees and enjoying a nice Nespresso Lungo Ciocattino (chocolate taste). Mmmm… this new Nespresso gadget tastes so good. Let’s go back to reality. Today I wanted to talk about an Essence product, which I have for almost one year in my makeup bag. I totally forgot about this soft mousse, but recently reused it, and FELL IN LOVE with this product all over again
Wat maakt deze soft touch mousse zo geweldig? Eerst en vooral voelt deze vrij luchtig op de huid en smeert als boter. Ik meen het, als je deze met je vingertoppen of kwast aanbrengt en samen blendt, smeert het zo vlot over de huid. Qua dekking geeft het een medium dekking, waardoor je er juist heel natuurlijk uitziet. De textuur voelt wel dik aan op je vingertoppen, maar eenmaal je het blendt, verdwijnt deze dikheid en lijkt het alsof je niets op de huid hebt liggen.
ENG | What makes this soft touche mousse so great? First of all, it feels so soft on the skin and smooths like butter. I mean it, when you apply this mousse with your fingers or a brush, it blends so nicely together. As for the coverage, I would say it gives you a medium coverage, which looks very natural on the skin. The texture feels very thick on your fingertips, but once blended, it disappears immediately.
Ik kan deze Essence mousse vergelijken met de Maybelline Dream matte mousse, maar de Maybelline is iets aan de duurdere kant (13.99 €), terwijl Essence Soft Touch Mousse slechts 3.89 € kost. Het enige nadeel is dat Essence Mouse niet genoeg tinten in zijn gamma beschikbaar heeft. Dus niet iedereen kan zijn ideale kleur vinden, terwijl dit bij Maybelline wel het geval is. Maar persoonlijk, vind ik de 01 Sand een mooie tint, die vrij goed bij mijn huid past. Je kan dit product bij Kruidvat terugvinden.
ENG | I compare this Essence Mousse with Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse, but Maybelline is a little bit more expensive ( 13.99 €), whilst Essence Soft Touch Mousse only 3.89 € costs. The only disadvantage is that this Essence Mousse isn’t enough available in different shades for every skin tone.You only have 5 shades to choose from. So not everyone could find their perfect foundation. Meanwhile Maybelline does have different shades, but I personally find the 01 Sand matching my skin perfectly. You can purchase this at Kruidvat.

Maybelline Color Sensational Lip color Midnight Plum 338 Review
Enkele weken geleden zag ik deze prachtige foto’s passeren. Die plum kleur trok mij aan en ik vond deze geweldig staan bij die mooie modellen en celebreties. Ik bekeek mijn enorme stash van lipsticks aandachtig en zag dat deze bepaalde kleur ontbrak. Waarom heb ik geen donker paars? Zou het mij staan? Deze is toch belangrijk om te bezitten in je lipstick stash? Ik kon me niet bedwingen en kocht een prachtige plum, donker paarse lippenstift van Maybelline. Ik vertel jullie mijn review over deze plum lipstick.
ENG | A few weeks ago I saw these beautiful pictures passing through. This plum colour drew me immediately and I found this colour so gorgeous on those models and celebreties. That’s why I took a closer look to my enormous stash of lipsticks and saw that one colour was missing. Why didn’t I got a dark purple? And would this colour suit me? I couldn’t resist so I bought a gorgeous plum, dark purple lipstick from Maybelline. I’ll tell you my review about this lipstick.
Het eerste wat me opviel aan deze lippenstift, is dat deze vrij donker en intens van kleur is en wat shimmer bevatte. Dus vrij mat is deze lippenstift niet echt, maar heeft een glanzende finish. De lipstick is vrij boterachtig en smeert zich zeer goed over mijn lippen. Qua duurtijd blijft hij goed zitten, maar net als vele lippenstiften gaat hij wat af als je iets eet of drinkt.
ENG | The first thing that I’ve noticed is that it has an intens, dark colour and contains some shimmer. So this lipstick is not mat at all, but has a shimmer finish. It is very creamy and smooths over my lips. It stays almost for a couple hours, but such as all lipsticks, when you drink or eat something the colour slowly fades away.
Mijn ondervinding: Ik had nooit gedacht dat deze donker paarse kleur mij zou staan. Ik heb een vrij bleke huid, dus ik vermoedde dat zo’n kleur voor mij te hard zou zijn. In tegendeel, het staat me geweldig. Nu moet ik nog wat spelen met verschillende oogschaduw kleuren en ik kan hiermee een fantastische herfst look creëren. Ik kijk er alvast naar uit!
My experience: I never thought that this dark purple would suit me. I have a pale skin, so I suspected that such colour would be too hard for me. In the contrary, it suits me beautifully. Now, I just have to play and discover which eyeschadow colours would fit with this lipstick and than creating a fantastic fall look.
